SCOPE OF BUSINESS

1. Management and operation of public lighting system in Hanoi City;
2. Manufacture of artificial lighting equipment, traffic lights, steel structure and equipment, interior equipment;
3. Development and installation of artificial lighting system, power lines and transformer substations up to 35KV;
4. Vocational training and consultancy;
5. Development and installation of civil, industrial projects, technical infrastructure, industrial park and urban area;
6. Import and export lighting products, industrial machineries, materials, transportation vehicles;
7. Inspection of road vehicles;
8. Development and installation of public lighting control systems, traffic sign system, indoor and outdoor system;
9. Traffic control system design, electrical outdoor and indoor design of electric systems including: detail design, working detail design, and cost estimation;
10. Investment, construction and consultancy of Power lines and transformer substations up to 35KV including: investment proposal, detail design, working detail design, cost estimation, financial statement, feasibility study, bidding documents, bidding organize, evaluation and comparison of bids;.
11. Supervision of construction of civil, industrial, and specialized lighting projects;
