On the morning of June 7, 2026, at the Launching Ceremony of the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" to celebrate the success of the 14th Congress of Vietnam Trade Unions, HAPULICO had 4 outstanding individuals in the initiative and creativity movement awarded Creative Labor Certificates in 2026 by the President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, which are:
