On the morning of May 28, 2026, HAPULICO organized the "Thank you workers" program on the occasion of Workers' Month 2026.

The program takes place with many activities that have practical meaning for workers such as:

- Periodic health check;

- Rewarding employees with outstanding achievements in the company's production and business activities in the first 5 months of the year;

- Giving gifts to workers in difficult circumstances;

- And especially direct dialogue activities between the company's General Director and employees with many issues of concern to employees such as:

+ Jobs in the context of rapidly changing manufacturing technology.

+ 3P salary mechanism.

+ Investment in machinery and equipment.

+ System administration to avoid errors...

The opinions of the workers were discussed very frankly, responsibly, decisively and satisfactorily by Mr. Dang Quoc Nam - General Director of the company.

Speaking at HAPULICO's "Thank you to the workers" program, comrade Vu Hoang Long - Chairman of Viet Hung ward union highly appreciated the efforts of the company's Board of Directors for workers expressed through employment, life and HAPULICO's policies stated in the CLA, which are all at a high level compared to the common level. Appreciate the very responsible dialogue spirit of the company's General Director as well as the serious coordination and companionship from the company's union executive committee and hope that HAPULICO will continue to maintain and further promote care for employees to create a united, innovative, and creative working environment, achieving the growth target of over 12% assigned to the company by the City.

On behalf of the union's executive committee, Ms. Lai Thi Len - President of the company's union launched an emulation movement for the last 7 months of 2026 and called on all workers to make efforts and accompany the company's Board of Directors to complete the set goals of 2026
