On the morning of June 19, 2026, Urban Lighting and Equipment Company Limited (HAPULICO) organized a training conference on the 3P salary mechanism, chaired by Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Company's Board of Members.

At the conference, officials and employees were updated about the new development context of the business, HAPULICO goals by 2030 and the need to innovate management methods and evaluate work performance associated with the salary mechanism.
Training content focuses on the 3P salary model including: P1 - job position, P2 - personal capacity and P3 - job performance results; At the same time, clarify synchronous solutions on goal management, human resource development, standardization of processes and building corporate culture.

At the end of the training session, Comrade Dang Quoc Nam - General Director of the company clarified the advantages, difficulties, and obstacles in the practical process of building and applying the 3P salary mechanism at HAPULICO.
