April is the month that recorded another outstanding mark of the Company's Trade Union at a national-level event. Specifically, on April 28, 2026, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor held a solemn celebration of the 140th anniversary of International Labor Day(May 1, 1886-May 1, 2026); Commend the President of the Grassroots Trade Union for outstanding excellence in dialogue and collective bargaining in 2026.

At the ceremony, Comrade Lai Thi Len - President of HAPULICO company's union was honored to be one of 101 out of 63,000 grass-roots union presidents nationwide to be commended. Hanoi is the locality with the highest number of honored grassroots union presidents in the country (08 grassroots union presidents). Among them, HAPULICO is the only state-owned enterprise in Hanoi present at this special Commendation Ceremony.
